Umarex Makes ANOTHER Winner… I decided to get this pistol based on a couple things:1) I really LIKED the S&W M&P when Umarex made that one a few years back.2) The PRICE was just TOO GOOD to pass up.Call it A WIN…on BOTH counts. The XBG pistol is CO2-powered with a similar magazine as the M&P, holding approx. 18 rounds of steel BBs. And the magazine drops free easily with a button located on the left side near the trigger guard.A manual safety is located in a smiliar manner to the M&P – right side on the body of the pistol above the trigger guard. The LOOK of the pistol is intriguing as well…like someone went and married a Walther PPQ to a Springfield Armory XD Compact…(I now pronounce you “well-designed”…lol)It’s a bit on the light side, weight-wise, but still feels ergonomically comfortable in hand. The textured ABS plastic gives it a rugged feel as well.Feeding this puppy is a snap.A hinged door on the backstrap lifts up to…

For the money, not a bad little plinker. Handgun marksmanship is a perishable skill, and with the cost of ammunition through the roof I was not able to afford to shoot as often as I would like to. I purchased this bb pistol for the purpose of doing some cheap plinking. I have used it for about four days so far, and have fired roughly 600 rounds through it. Even compared with the cost of my reloaded rounds, this has already more than paid for itself.* Overall: 5/5. A good, usable bb gun for the money.* Overall feel: 5/5. Feels much like a generic compact polymer-framed “wonder nine”. If you shoot a Glock or an Springfield XD, you’ll probably like the way it feels in your hand. Looks, feels, and handles much like a real pistol.* Accuracy: 5/5. Can reliably hit a 3-inch circular target 30 feet. That’s pretty decent for a little bb pistol like this.* Sights: 5/5. Adequate, realistic, and mine were dead-on right out of the box.* Safety: 4/5. Oddly placed…
